a_cubed | Valuations and mortgages

Well, having spent the last two weeks being hassled by the vendor's estate agent about getting the valuation done, it's finally been arranged and will take place tomorrow. Once I get a (hopefully positive) report on that, I can start pushing my solicitor to finalise the contracts and arrange a moving date.

Unfortunately I'll have to cut my grass a number of times before I move. I was planning to do it yesterday but the weather wasn't good enough - should have done it Saturday when it was sunny.
