This was following up an email from a colleague recommending a couple of books (Yochai Benckler "The Wealth of Networks" and Jack Goldsmith and Tim Wu "Who Controls the Internet?"). Nicely, they come up as a "special offer pair" when you search for "Who Owns the Internet?". Interestingly "Who Controls the Internet" also had:
