a_cubedI went to the Triphony hall in Kinshicho today for a concert by four of the local Sumida-Ku primary schools' sixth years. Each school did an approx 10-15 min piece. They were good quality. One thing I noticed was that three of the four (the exception was a marching band, who didn't march much as this was a stage) had anything from five to twelve piano-key accordions which look very much like vivdunstan's icon photo one (the biggest group had some green as well as red). $DAUGHTER's school, including $DAUGHTER, took part. She was part of a choral performance and then played the bass organ in an orchestral piece. $MOTHER-IN-LAW, $FATHER-IN-LAW and $WIFE also attended.
